US Patent 7902867 - Mem-resistor crossbar neural interface

This patent includes some basic claims to memory resistors used in a neural interface. Claim 1 reads:

1. A device including:

an array of electrodes configured for attachment in or on the human head;

current threshold detection circuitry; and

a programmable crossbar signal processor having reconfigurable resistance states,

wherein the programmable crossbar signal processor interconnects the array of electrodes and the current threshold detection circuitry.
