This patent includes some basic claims to memory resistors used in a neural interface. Claim 1 reads:
1. A device including:
an array of electrodes configured for attachment in or on the human head;
current threshold detection circuitry; and
a programmable crossbar signal processor having reconfigurable resistance states,
wherein the programmable crossbar signal processor interconnects the array of electrodes and the current threshold detection circuitry.
