US Patent 7582222 - Cobalt-doped tin dioxide nanoparticles

This patent from Boise State University teaches a new type of magnetic nanopowder having potential uses in spintronic devices. Claim 1 reads:

1. A powder comprising cobalt-doped tin dioxide exhibiting room-temperature ferromagnetism, wherein the powder consists of nanoparticles.
