US Patent 7307272 - 3D electronics using armchair and zigzag nanotubes

Two of the necessary materials for most electronic devices are metals and semiconductors. This patent from Kia Silverbrook (priority going back to 1999) presents some very broad claims to single walled carbon nanotube electronics formed from a 3D network of metallic (armchair) and semiconductor (zigzag) nanotubes. Claim 1 reads:
1. A network of electronic devices, said network comprising an organized matrix of armchair nanotubes and zigzag nanotubes.
