Alternative Nanoelectronics: A Comparative Analysis

I recently published an article in the latest issue of Nanotechnology Law & Business Journal (see link) profiling four of the leading companies in alternative approaches to nanoelectronics - D-Wave, Hewlett-Packard, Nanosys, and Nantero. Each of these companies is exploring a different platform providing new paradigms and potential for completely new applications of electronics.
